All cabins are sold completely remodeled and range from 428 sq ft to
1000 + sq. ft. Ownership comes with 375’ of lakeshore and 8 acres of
common ground. Association fees are $360.00 per year. The fee takes care
of your dock, lawn maintenance, garbage and insurance.
All cabins are either brand new or completely remodeled so your
maintenance is minimal. All are 2 bedroom, some with one bath, some with
1 ½ bath and some with 2 baths.
